Fees

The specific fees for each practitioner are in the booking portal here. Please ensure you have reviewed the fees and contact the practitioner or the general office if there are any questions.

Payment Options 

We accept credit cards, debit, e-transfers and cash (if necessary). Serenity Now Wellness operates largely on a Zero Balance Policy, which means that you are billed and pay for the service on the day of each session and before future appointments.  As such a credit card is required on file to book an appointment. This credit card ensures that fees and missed appointments are paid. If you cannot pay for the session with credit card, e-transfers can be sent prior to the start of your online or in-person appointment. Debit, credit card and cash can be used before or after your in-person appointment.

Fees may be covered by your insurance plan. We are not able to check this information for clients. Check with your provider to see about your individual coverage for psychological services, social work services and massage services. A receipt will be provided for reimbursement. 

Many of Serenity Now Wellness’s practitioners can direct bill to some insurance providers. Talk to your individual practitioner about direct billing services. 

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your booked appointment time. Your appointment has been reserved exclusively for you and because it is reserved for you, all missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are charged the full fee of your appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling can easily be done through the scheduling system, via email with your specific practitioner or call the main office at 403.454.7600.
