Kathryn has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an Event Management Certificate both from Mount Royal University. Over the years Kathryn has worked in a variety of roles related to account management and administration and has spent the last several years working in the Mental Health industry.

With her extensive experience working in Mental Health, Kathryn believes the journey is individual however can not be done alone. She believes therapy no matter what form can be beneficial to anyone willing to give it a try. She encourages everyone she meets to try therapy whether it be with a counsellor, or for massage or with the Naturopathic Doctor on-site.

In her spare time Kathryn enjoys playing soccer, reading, journaling and spending time with her family and friends.

Rocky brings a different lens to be able to round out the SNW leadership team. Rocky had a career in oil and gas in the area of land management and acquisitions. His background includes negotiations and Indigenous relations. He joined the ownership team in 2010 when the company was expanding and then moved into the role of chairman of Serenity Now Wellness Foundation in 2015. With the continuous growth, Rocky has stepped in to manage operations more deliberately.

As an individual who has struggled with chronic pain due to several significant injuries, Rocky has a strong belief in the collaboration of different practitioners to be able to help improve his mobility and quality of life.

In his spare time, Rocky is very active in the hockey community as both a player and a coach. He also loves the outdoors and can be found tending to his acreage when he has downtime.
