Moving towards recovery can be difficult. Meet the individuals who are going to support you on your journey.
Tessa Martin BA MC R.Psych.
Tessa is passionate about creating sustainable life changes. In addiction, this means not just maintaining abstinence, but creating life that will encourage recovery. She has been counselling individuals and couples for 10 years in the areas of anger, addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma using a mind-body approach
She believes that addiction is simply a way of coping with current life imbalances and in order to create lasting changes, you need a new set of coping strategies. She became inspired to create Life 2.0 after hearing numerous stories from people who were struggling with addiction that were desperate for changes that would help them live a better life. Together with her belief that all concerns need to be addressed by considering both the mind and body, she constructed a team of qualified professionals who share in the passion to create sustainable life changes.
