Marina offers psychological services in Russian and English

Marina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Alberta and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She is a Provisional Psychologist and welcomes a wide variety of clientele.
Beliefs and Values
Marina believes the client is the expert, and it’s her privilege to journey with them through the passages of their lives. Utilizing a person-centered approach, her focus is on hearing client’s stories and helping them create new ways of narrating life experiences. Marina’s approach is holistic and non-judgmental, with a personalized approach for unique situations and needs. From a view of acceptance, she enjoys working with families, women and children. She also works with individuals suffering from anxiety and depression, giving her clients tools that can be used on a daily basis to manage the symptoms.
While Marina welcomes all, she has a special focus on women’s health particularly dealing with infertility, post-partum, and menopause. From previous experience at the Lois Hole Women’s Hospital, she’s come to appreciate the unique challenges that women face in their daily lives.
